From startup to international partner

Jobbex was founded in October 2015 in Uden, North Brabant. What started as a specialised partner for the Dutch IT and technical labour market has grown into an internationally operating organisation with offices in the Netherlands and Portugal.

2015

Jobbex founded in Uden, North Brabant. First office opened in October. First successful placement in December.

2016

First IT and Engineering professionals placed with clients in the Netherlands.

2017

First framework contract signed with a major corporate in industrial services. Engineering specialisation sharpened, with focus on E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation).

2019

Office opened in Portugal. Start of international recruitment activities and cross-border collaboration.

2020

Launch of remote IT solutions from Portugal for clients in Northern Europe. Relocation to a new headquarters in Uden.

2022

Jobbex doubles revenue and headcount. Jobbex Portugal moves into a new office in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, with space for 20 employees. Start of IT staffing within the Portuguese market.

2023

Jobbex Netherlands nominated for FD Gazelle as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. More than 100 successful placements in one calendar year.

2024

Jobbex Engineering launches the Industry Services business unit, specialising in ATEX inspections, QA/QC and E&I supervision. Jobbex Portugal doubles its workspace with a second office location alongside the existing site.

2025

Jobbex Engineering expands its portfolio into installation technology and electrical engineering, including white collar profiles: work preparers, project managers and EPLAN designers. Jobbex IT achieves strong growth in Portugal, expands its team and strengthens its client network across Europe.

2026

Jobbex Engineering consolidates all electrical and industrial activities under one specialised division: Electrical Engineering.

Today

Jobbex continues to grow. With new business units in development, an expanding team in Portugal and a strong position in the Dutch market, we keep building an organisation that connects technical professionals with organisations that want to scale.
